Reflections on Growth & Frustration

In this episode I reflect on my recent growth and the ways I have become dependent on consistent advancement in my life. Sometimes growth can become addicting and when this happens, frustration surfaces: frustration over where we want to be vs. where we are, frustration over our abilities, frustration over our limitations.
